Numa Briet serves as the Global Head of M&A at IVI RMA GLOBAL since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in private equity and finance. Previously, Briet held the position of Private Equity Vice President at Cathay Capital from October 2016 to March 2024 and completed a Private Equity Internship at LFPI in 2015. Early career experience includes roles as a Leveraged Finance Intern at CM-CIC and Tax & Corporate Law Interns at Cabinet Requet Chabanel and Cabinet Ratheaux in 2013 and 2012, respectively. Briet's academic background includes a Mastère Spécialisé in Ingénierie Financière from emlyon business school, a Master's degree in Corporate Law & Finance, and Comparative Law Diplomas from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from the same institution. Additionally, Numa Briet has studied Doing Business in Asia with a focus on International Finance at East China Normal University.
