Federico Gallo has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Federico began their career at Nomura as an Executive Director from October 2008 to April 2009. Federico then joined Deutsche Bank as an IBD Director from May 2009 to December 2012. In 2013, they became the Head of Group M&A, Equity Investments, and Special Projects at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, a position they held until April 2017. During their time there, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Fondo Italiano d'Investimento from May 2017 to December 2019. From 2014 to 2017, Gallo was a Member of the Board of Directors at Immobiliare Novoli S.p.A. Federico then moved to MPS Tenimenti SPA - Poggio Bonelli, where they served as Vice Chairman from July 2016 to April 2017. In April 2017, Gallo joined Nexi as the Head of Group M&A, a role they held until July 2021 when they became the Global Head of Group M&A at Nexi Group. In August 2021, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at Nets Group. Most recently, in March 2022, Gallo joined Nexi Payments International Markets as the CFO.
Federico Gallo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Sapienza Università di Roma, during the period of 1992-1997. In 2013, they also attended the London Business School to pursue a course called "Essentials of Leadership."
