Victoria Hightower is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Special Counsel at Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs since February 2022. Previously, Victoria held the position of Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes and Assistant Bar Counsel at the State Bar of Nevada. With extensive experience as a Senior Associate at Wright Finlay & Zak, LLP and Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, Victoria has specialized in representing lending institutions in wrongful foreclosure and quiet title matters, as well as handling construction defect and personal injury cases. Victoria's legal expertise includes drafting motions, conducting depositions, and preparing briefs for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Nevada Supreme Court. Victoria earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007.
