Marcela Fialova

Marcela Fialova is an experienced professional in the field of pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as COO and Co-founder at iVigee since October 2021, Marcela has held various significant positions including UK QPPV and Senior Director at PrimeVigilance Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing pharmacovigilance operations and managing compliance with legislative requirements. Prior experience includes leadership roles at PharmInvent, Zentiva, and Léčiva, where Marcela established pharmacovigilance divisions, coordinated safety activities, and managed clinical documentation processes. Marcela holds an MD from Charles University and a degree in Health Care Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, as well as completing studies at the University of London, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
