Daniel Tobon

Daniel Tobon is an accomplished executive and legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of iVIK Holdings Ltd since August 2017, Daniel previously founded Starchup, which was sold to the venture capital-backed POS solution company, Cents. As the former CEO of Franklin Labs, Daniel achieved crucial regulatory and operational approvals in a highly-regulated sector. Daniel's background includes serving as COO and General Counsel for Conformal Systems, where oversight of marketing, sales, and legal matters was a priority. Their early career featured a position as a Capital Markets associate at Latham & Watkins in London, alongside military service in the US Army and Army National Guard, where Daniel specialized in reconnaissance roles. Daniel holds a JD in Corporate Law from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
