Jeremy Crump

Jeremy Crump has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jeremy started their career as a Response Team Technician at the City of Olive Branch in 2007, where they provided help desk support and maintained network and server systems. Jeremy then moved to the Olive Branch Police Department in 2011 as an Information Systems Specialist & Crime Analyst, where they handled IT requests and produced crime maps using ESRI ArcGIS. In 2014, they joined the City of Southaven as an IT Technician II, where they virtualized the environment and managed server administration projects. After that, they worked at Horizon Managed Services, LLC as a Manager Technical Services, where they identified infrastructure problems and installed and managed HPE/Aruba switching and wireless environments. In 2017, they joined WHITFIELD ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. as a System Engineer, where they configured AWS CloudEndure Disaster Recovery and conducted migration proof of concept projects. Currently, they are working as an Engineer III, Public Cloud (AWS) at iVision, where they monitor AWS client accounts for performance and security issues.

Jeremy Crump attended Northwest Mississippi Community College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree. Jeremy'sfield of study was focused on Network Support & Computer Programming. In April 2021, they also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
