Tara Rule is an accomplished CEO and Founder of Tara Rule Coaching, dedicated to maximizing the impact of individuals, teams, and businesses through dynamic trainings and coaching programs. Currently serving as Lead Host for Junto's Advanced Leadership Program, Tara facilitates interactive workshops focused on people-centric leadership. Previously, Tara held various senior roles at Adobe, including Senior Director of Global Business Operations, where strategic oversight and performance operations were key responsibilities, and led initiatives promoting diversity through the Adobe & Women Masterclasses. Awarded Best Sales Mentor at the Women In Sales Awards, Tara also has experience as a volunteer in leadership roles for charitable organizations. Educational qualifications include a Positive Psychology Coaching certification and a professional certificate in coaching from Henley Business School.
