James has extensive experience in UX/UI design, having worked for various companies such as Comparethemarket, Entain Australia, AutoGuru, Geronimo, Ordermentum Pty Ltd, Telstra, Outware Mobile, William Hill, and Optus. James has been involved in redesigning platforms, conducting research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and improving overall user experiences. James holds multiple ongoing education certifications from TAFE NSW and Hobart TAFE.
