Young-Kyun Noh is the founder, president, and CEO of IVWorks. Young-Kyun has over fifteen years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in the development of epi structures for LED applications.

Young-Kyun Noh began their career as a research engineer at the Research Center for Electronic Materials and Components, where they worked on Sb-based high electron mobility transistors. In April 2007, they joined WOOREE LIGHTING as a senior engineer on the GaN EPI Development team. Young-Kyun was responsible for the development of InGaN-based blue LED epi structures using AP and LP-MOCVD. Young-Kyun remained with WOOREE LIGHTING until May 2011.

In 2012, Young-Kyun Noh founded IVWorks, a company that specializes in the development of MOCVD equipment for the semiconductor industry. Under their leadership, IVWorks has become a leading supplier of MOCVD equipment, with customers in over 30 countries.

Young-Kyun Noh received a Bachelor's degree from Chungnam National Univ., a Master's degree from Chungnam National Univ., and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Chungnam National Univ.
