Jason Bruns, MHSA

Jason Bruns, MHSA has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Jason began their career as a Visitor Services Associate at University Hospital Cincinnati in 2006 and later worked as an Assistant Analyst at The Walnut Group from 2007 to 2010. During their time at The Walnut Group, they assisted in securing $60M in funding from investors and managed three summer interns.

In 2010, Jason joined Management One as a Player Personnel Manager. Jason then returned to University Hospital Cincinnati as a Visitor Services Associate from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Jason secured a fellowship with Ochsner Health System, where they completed administrative rotations, gaining exposure to various aspects of healthcare operations. Jason excelled in the program and secured a full-time Clinic Operations role within the organization. As a Clinic Operations Manager at Ochsner Health System from 2012 to 2013, they managed the growth of multiple ambulatory clinics and led 19 direct reports.

From 2013 to 2015, Jason worked at UC Health as a Clinical Operations Manager for Neurology & Rehabilitation Medicine. Jason integrated the siloed private practice operation into the system's growing group practice and oversaw the physical growth of the practice by building a new site and acquiring two thriving private practices.

In 2015, Jason was promoted to Director of Clinical Operations for Neurology & Rehabilitation Medicine at UC Health. Jason successfully managed the growth of the department, increasing the number of faculty members and clinical providers.

From 2018 to 2020, Jason held the role of System Director of Clinical Operations for the UC Gardener Neuroscience Institute at UC Health. Jason played a pivotal role in harmonizing complex neurological and psychiatric care across the system's entities and was responsible for the opening of a new neuroscience ambulatory care facility.

In 2020, Jason joined IVX Health as a Regional Operations Director, where they executed the IVX Health model in the Cincinnati market. Jason operationalized three new infusion center locations, built a clinical and support team, and fostered sales relationships. After that, they were promoted to Regional Director of Operational Deployment, traveling across the country to execute the IVX Health model in multiple markets.

Currently, Jason holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at IVX Health. Jason empowers teams to execute the IVX Health model in markets across the Midwest and Northeast regions of the nation.
