Rachel Hill

Rachel Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Rachel is currently working at IVX Health as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives since October 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they held various roles at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, including Executive Consultant in the Office of the President from July 2020 to October 2022, and Project Manager in the Office of the President from June 2019 to July 2020. Before that, Rachel worked as an Administrative Fellow at Kaiser Permanente from June 2018 to June 2019. Rachel also gained experience as a Physician Services Intern at Health Quality Innovators from June 2016 to June 2018 and as a Graduate Administrative Intern in Transplant Services at UCHealth for a brief period from June 2017 to August 2017. Rachel started their professional journey as a Research Assistant at The University of Alabama, where they worked from November 2013 to December 2015.

Rachel Hill completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2016. Rachel then pursued further studies and obtained their Master's of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2016 to 2019.
