Suzanne Gaulden

Suzanne Gaulden is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at IVX Health since October 2024, Gaulden previously held the position of Manager of Learning and Development for Value Based Care at Upperline Health from June 2023 to October 2024. Prior to this, Gaulden worked at HCA Healthcare from January 2019 to June 2023, initially as a Manager of Design and Development Instructional Design, focusing on IT solutions, leadership communication, and the creation of interactive training modules, and later as a Senior Instructional Designer, where program engagement and information retention were significantly enhanced. Gaulden began the professional career as an Educational Professional at MNPS from July 2012 to January 2019, specializing in curriculum review, lesson plan development, and student-centered instruction. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
