Kjirstin Kinman

Kjirstin Kinman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management, client services, and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Ivy City Co. since August 2023, Kjirstin previously held roles such as Assistant Manager at SwimLabs Swim School and Swim Coach & Supervisor at LIFETIME FITNESS, where strategic scheduling and instructor performance improvement were key responsibilities. Kjirstin's expertise in project management was further demonstrated at Thrasio, managing product launches and coordinating between program management and supply chain teams. With a background in client care and resolution from companies like RainFocus and Entrata, as well as experience in digital project management at VOLTAGE AD, Kjirstin has consistently excelled in fostering positive client relationships and delivering on project timelines. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Capella University, Kjirstin also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
