Saran Vardhan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in payroll, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as Global Payroll Manager at Ivy since April 2021, Saran has also held roles such as People Services Manager and Assistant Manager for Compensation & Benefits within the same company. Prior experience includes work as a C&B Specialist at OnePlus Software R&D Centre Private Limited, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations and payroll management. Saran’s career began at HIL Limited (C K Birla Group), advancing to Dy. Manager - HR and gaining expertise in benefits, compliance, and performance management over nearly eight years. Saran holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a degree in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science from Andhra University.
