Ed Walker

Ed Walker currently serves as a Non-executive Director and Trustee for Ivy Education Trust, impacting the lives of nearly 4,000 young people in Devon. With extensive experience at Deloitte since April 2013, Ed leads the People and Workforce Strategy consulting practice, concentrating on Government and Public Sector clients while also overseeing the pan-sector Future of Work initiatives. Prior to Deloitte, Ed held the position of Workforce Planning Manager at Bechtel and gained early career experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Barclay Meade, where recognition included being shortlisted for the National Recruitment Excellence awards in 2009. Ed's background includes professional racing and event management from 2005 to 2009, and an academic foundation with a BSc in Management from the University of Southampton, following education at Exeter School.
