Milica J.

Milica J. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2017, they worked as a Personal Assistant at HO Decije srce. From 2017 to 2019, they engaged in freelance work where they completed various projects, including data manipulation, text editing, and proofreading. In 2019, they joined UNICEF Serbia as a Face to Face Fundraiser and continued in that role until September 2020. In 2021, Milica joined Ivy Exec as an Associate in the Market Insights business unit, where they contributed to the development of specialized recruitment solutions. Later in the same year, they progressed to the role of Senior Associate in the same department.

Milica J. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Politics from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. Milica attended this institution from 2012 to 2018. In 2020, Milica received a certification as an HR Assistant from Poslovna savršenost. In 2021, they completed a Human Resources Management - Napredni kurs at Obuke i Kursevi.
