Sara Farkas is the Chief People Officer at Ivy Exec. Sara has over 10 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, compensation analysis, management consulting and market intelligence.

Sara founded Pemberley Advisors in 2013, specializing in sourcing, senior executive placement, market intelligence and compensation analysis for wealth management clients. Prior to that, they were a Principal with Knightsbridge Advisors, where they focused on wealth management, asset management and financial services.

Sara sits on the Boards of The India Project Inc and St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children in New York.

Their manager is Elena Bajic, Founder & CEO. Sara Farkas works with Greg Hunt - VP, Marketing & Member Services, William Powell - VP, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, Market Insights, and Ian Turk - Senior Business Development Manager.
