Manu Donetti is the current R&D Project Manager at Ivy Farm Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Development Manager at pladis Global from July 2017 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Food Technologist at Newly Weds Foods from May 2014 to May 2017. Manu began their career as a Research Scientist at Campden BRI from October 2011 to May 2014.

Manu is an expert in product development, with a focus on health and wellbeing. Manu has extensive experience managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines and complex technical requirements. Manu is skilled in data analysis and report writing, and has presented their findings to various audiences.

Manu Donetti has a PhD in Plant Science from Cranfield University, a Master's Degree in Food Science, Technology and Human Nutrition from the University of Turin, and a Bachelor's Degree in Plant Biotechnology from Università degli Studi di Torino. Manu also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Science from Liceo Scientifico. In addition, they have certification from Stable Micro Systems in Texture Analyser advance user (Stable Micro System 2015), certification from Newly Weds Foods in Batter coating training, certification from Campden BRI in Cereal Science and Technology, certification from Nabim in Nabim Flour course, and certification from Campden BRI in Principles of Baking.

Manu Donetti reports to Filipa Soares, VP of Research & Technology. Manu Donetti works with Ghofran Merzouki - Research Associate, Revati Vanjani - Research Associate, and Jozef Tuszynski - Research Associate.
