Lucia Feeney

Lucia Feeney is an accomplished Performance Manager with extensive experience in workforce development and program management. Currently at Career TEAM since July 2022, Lucia enhances organizational mission and vision through leadership, staff supervision, and performance reporting. Previously, Lucia served as Performance Manager with Equus Workforce Solutions, overseeing quality assurance and compliance standards, and as WorkOne Operations Manager, managing procedural implementation across eastern Indiana. Prior roles include Youth Initiatives Manager at Eastern Indiana Works, where Lucia led the JAG Program and cultivated partnerships with educational institutions. With a background in administrative support and a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Nankai University, Lucia excels in communication, project management, and training development.
