Matt Grubb

Matt Grubb has extensive work experience in facility management and general management. Matt started their career as Co-owner/General Manager at Thompson Electric in 1982 and held that position until 2005. In 2010, they joined Elkhart County Government as the Director of Buildings & Grounds, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities at Ivy Tech Community College, a position they have held since September 2019.

Matt Grubb attended Tri-State University (Trine) from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
