Tenecia Waddell-Pyle

Tenecia Waddell-Pyle serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MyPath Careers, a role initiated to advance DEI initiatives across the organization and its communities. With a robust leadership background, Tenecia has held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager, Founder & Principal of Hummingbird Interactive LLC, and 988 Implementation Project Consultant for the State of Indiana, focusing on mental health initiatives. Experience also includes directing crisis intervention services at Mental Health America, teaching as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College, and roles in law enforcement as the first Black female officer at Purdue University and a corrections officer in Tippecanoe County. Tenecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and multiple certifications from various law enforcement academies.
