Currently serving as the Business Owner/Operator at Ivybrook Academy Southwest Florida since January 2023, James previously held the position of Senior Director in the Valuation & Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield from August 2007 to May 2023. In this role, James provided appraisal and consulting services on a diverse range of properties throughout New York State.
