Bertha Lee began their advertising career at RPA in 2006 as a Research Planner. Bertha gained valuable experience in advertising and consumer research and developed strong skills in research/project management and critical thinking. In 2011, they joined Team One as a Sr. Strategic Planning Analyst, where they further honed their advertising and consumer research skills and became an automotive branding/research expert. At Team One, they managed market analyses and executed regional advertising strategies. In 2016, Bertha joined OMD USA as a Business Intelligence Supervisor, focusing on digital advertising and gaining expertise in media research. Bertha collaborated with various agency teams and outside vendors, working with clients such as Activision, Experian Credit Services, Hilton Hotels, Infiniti, and the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau. In 2018, Bertha joined IW Group as the Director of Strategy and Analytics, where they shifted their focus to the modern consumer through a multicultural lens. Bertha brought their previous experiences to IW and looked at advertising from a different perspective. The end dates for their roles at IW Group and OMD USA are not provided.
Bertha Lee has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from UCLA. Prior to attending UCLA, they attended Arcadia High School.
