Colin Paddington began his career at TD Securities as a Senior Manager in Structured Derivatives. He then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Pivot Data Centres before taking on the same role at iWave Information Systems. With a MBA from Ivey Business School, a CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Lakehead University, Colin is well-equipped to lead financial operations and provide fundraising intelligence for nonprofit organizations.
