Eric Schwab

Eric Schwab has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started in 2008 as a Financial Controller at Synthes and later worked as an Area Controller at Energiedienst from 2010 to 2014. Eric then joined IWB Industrielle Werke Basel in 2014, initially as a Senior Controller and Lean Specialist, and later as the Head of Finance Transformation. In 2019, they took on a part-time teaching position as a lecturer for Financial Management, Lean Management, and Leadership in the Digital Transformation at KV Basel - NDS HF. In 2021, they became a Referent in Process Mining at Akademie 3 - Seminar- und Kongress GmbH.

Eric Schwab completed their EMBA in Controlling & Consulting at Fachhochschule Bern from 2010 to 2012. Eric then pursued a Master's degree in Business Consulting at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, pursuing a CAS in Digital Transformation Specialist, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
