Olivier also provides consulting services and facilitates projects for participatory innovation. Prior to this, they served as the Initiator and Project Manager at InnoVillage Seeland.

Olivier Ferilli completed their education in a chronological order. From 1995 to 1998, they attended HTA-BE Hochschule für Technik und Architektur Bern, where they pursued a degree in electrical engineering and electronics, earning an El.Ing FH qualification. Following this, they enrolled at Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern from 2002 to 2004, specializing in NDS Wirtschaft, Service Management, and obtaining a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur.
