Olivier Ferilli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Olivier is currently the Founder and CEO of Antizipa Innovation GmbH, where they utilize an innovation framework to develop smart communities and foster a co-creative work culture. Olivier also provides consulting services and facilitates projects for participatory innovation. Prior to this, they served as the Initiator and Project Manager at InnoVillage Seeland.
