Pol Guàrdia Duran

Pol Guàrdia Duran has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. From 2021 to the present, they are working as a Utilities Product Owner Digital Customer Solutions at IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, where they are responsible for converting business requirements into functional and technical solutions for decentralized energy solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Business Analyst at the same company, where they designed decentralized energy solutions and implemented the Salesforce CRM system.

From 2014 to 2021, Pol worked at Deloitte Consulting, initially as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. Pol was involved in the implementation of Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Customer Community UI/UX projects for IWB in Switzerland. Pol also served as a Business Design Manager and Senior Experience Consultant, overseeing solution design, delivery, testing, and post-production support.

Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Energy Engineering with a focus on Energy Management from 2013 to 2018.
