April Morgan

April Morgan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in diverse organizational settings. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at IWC Innovations, April has successfully developed engagement programs for remote employees and created critical compliance documents for nationwide use. Previously, as Human Resource Manager at Berry Global, April led a culture transformation and initiated a refugee employment program, enhancing workforce stability and diversity. April also held the position of Human Resources Director at IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital, managing human resources for a large staff across multiple locations, and served as Human Resource Director for the Indiana National Guard, overseeing both state staff and federal soldiers. April holds three Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from the Indiana Institute of Technology, in Human Resources Management and Business Administration.
