Steven Lee

Steven Lee is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in boutique management and sales, currently serving as the Deputy Boutique Manager at IWC Schaffhausen since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Assistant Boutique Manager at Seiko Australia Pty Ltd from November 2019 to April 2023, and gained extensive experience at The Hour Glass Limited in various roles including Senior Sales Consultant, Retail Support Manager, and Retail Manager from December 2016 to November 2019. Earlier positions include Boutique Manager at Franck Muller Watchland SA and at Montblanc, as well as Regional Sales Manager at Supreme Garments Pty Ltd, and Store Manager at Surf Dive 'n' Ski. Steven began a career in finance as a Financial Data Analyst at Bankers Trust from December 1999 to December 2003. Steven holds two Bachelor of Commerce degrees, one in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and another in Business and Management from CQUniversity.
