Jason Mueller

Jason Mueller SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources. Jason currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at IWCO, where they oversee marketing services and postal logistics strategies. Before joining IWCO, Jason worked as an Executive HR Consultant at Mueller HR Consulting, providing support to HR departments across various industries. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Aero Systems Engineering, where they led the HR department and managed change management initiatives during a company sale and merger. Jason also held the role of Director of Human Resources - Operations & Supply Chain at Jack Link's Beef Jerky and served as the Human Resources Manager at AGCO Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Eaton Corporation as a Human Resources Supervisor and Training & Development Manager. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills in various HR roles.

Jason Mueller SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Penn State University, completed in 2005. Jason also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Chapman University in 2002. Additionally, Jason Mueller has achieved the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2020.
