Michael has been integral in successful customer engagements throughout more than 20 years in a variety of sales roles. His early career experience on the customer side of the business managing creative services teams and print execution undergirds his understanding of customer needs and provides the foundation for robust business relationships. During his more than 10 years with IWCO Direct, he has focused on improving their clients’ return on marketing investment (ROMI) and seeking out sustainable scenarios for both their clients and the company. He currently leads their sales support team and manages critical support systems to ensure the needs of their valued clients are met every day. Michael traded in his fishing rods for a set of golf clubs about 10 years ago. If you’ve seen him golf, you might suggest he go back to fishing.
