James Doré

James Doré has extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing roles. James is currently the Global Head of Field Recruitment at IWG plc since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Global Recruitment Manager at IWG plc from November 2019 to May 2022.

Before joining IWG plc, James worked at BRITVIC PLC, where they held various roles including Senior Resourcing Manager, International and PLC Resourcing Manager, and GB Resourcing Manager from 2011 to 2019.

Additionally, James has worked at Britvic Soft Drinks PLC as a Group Recruitment Business Partner and Recruitment Business Advisor from 2007 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, James worked as a Resourcing Consultant at Capital Consulting / AMS and Capital Consulting, as well as a Team Coordinator onsite at Royal Mail.

James Doré attended Forest School from 1993 to 2000. James then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London from 2000 to 2004.
