Richard McVay

Richard McVay has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at CD Bramall, where they eventually became a Ford Sales Manager. Richard then worked as a Franchise Manager for Nissan at Reg Vardy plc before becoming a Dealer Principal at Pendragon PLC. Richard went on to become the Operations Director at RMB Automotive, overseeing multiple motor dealerships. At Evans Halshaw, they served as a Regional Director. Richard also held positions at the Flexible Space Association, where they were Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director, and at IWG plc, where they worked in various roles such as Area Director, Vice President of Operations UK, Facilities Director, Global Head of Goods and Services, and Director of Global Procurement. Currently, they are the Global Design Operations Director at IWG Plc.

Richard McVay attended Northumbria University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
