Sean Wary

Sean Wary is an experienced executive in partnership growth and retail management, currently serving as Vice President of Partnership Growth at IWG plc since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sean held positions including Associate Vice President and Regional Director - Partnership Growth at IWG plc. From March 2016 to February 2022, Sean was a District Manager at First Cash Financial Services, Inc., following a similar role at TMX Finance from May 2014 to January 2016. With extensive experience at RadioShack as District Manager from September 2005 to May 2014, Sean oversaw sales training and operations across 22 stores, managing over 120 employees in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Sean began a career in the culinary field as a Store Manager and Saute Chef/Sous Chef at Real Seafood Company from July 2002 to July 2003.
