Thomas McLean

Thomas McLean is an experienced professional in facilities management and construction with a robust background spanning several companies in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities for North America at IWG plc since October 2018, Thomas previously held the position of Special Projects Contractor at Regus and Senior Director of Global Construction Management at Alorica. His extensive tenure at Regus lasted from May 2004 to January 2017, where Thomas held the role of Director of Construction for the Americas. Earlier career roles include Senior Director of Real Estate at HQ Global Workplaces and Director of Design and Construction at both Pearle Vision and Cole Vision Corp. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing this degree in 1978.
