Prior to that, Lammers was Head of Project Management at ZF Group, overseeing global optimization of corporate processes and project portfolio management. In earlier roles at Csion Consulting GmbH and gigant - Trenkamp & Gehle GmbH, leadership and strategic development were key responsibilities, complemented by a solid academic foundation with a Master of Science in Management and a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Industrial Engineering.
