Emma Haines

Emma Haines has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emma is currently working as a Product Lead at iwoca since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Manager at BT from July 2021 to April 2022.

Before that, Emma worked at Westpac Group for several years, holding various positions such as Product Manager, Sales & Optimisation from September 2016 to April 2018, Product Manager, Content & Authoring from January 2016 to September 2016, and Senior Digital Producer from April 2015 to March 2016. Emma also worked as a Digital Producer from March 2014 to March 2015 and as a Digital Strategy Analyst from August 2013 to February 2014. Emma started their career at Westpac Group as a Technology Projects Graduate from March 2012 to August 2013.

Emma also has experience in the tech industry, having worked as a First Line Support Engineer at CSR in 2011. Emma began their professional career as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Technology, Sydney from September 2010 to January 2011. Emma's first job was as an Associate Project Manager at BT Financial Group from July 2009 to December 2009.

Emma Haines received their education from 2007 to 2008 at TAFE NSW, where they pursued Accounting Pathways for HSC. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of Technology Sydney and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education from 2003 to 2008 at Hornsby Girls' Selective High School.
