Rich Pearce

Rich Pearce is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Director at iwoca since October 2022, Rich has previously held significant roles including DevOps Practice Lead & Strategist at Mindera, Director of Investment at Willis Towers Watson, and CTO at Crowdcube Limited, where revenue grew by 50% in 2018. Rich's expertise encompasses cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, and cultural transformation within teams. Additionally, Rich has held leadership positions at Betfair, News UK, and Xerox, where responsibilities included managing large teams, overseeing complex projects, and driving agile methodologies. Rich holds an MSc in Software Development from The Open University and a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Hull.
