David Billington

David Billington has a strong background in corporate finance and has worked for several notable companies in the field. David started their career in 1996 as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen. After that, they worked at Deloitte as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Arbuthnot Securities as a Corporate Finance Manager for a year. In 2005, they joined BDO UK LLP as a Managing Director. During their time at BDO UK LLP, they also held the role of Corporate Finance Director from 2005 to 2018, where they specialized in Transaction Support work. In 2019, they became a Managing Director at BDO LLP. David has significant experience in advising corporate and private equity clients on various transactions, with a focus on financial due diligence exercises. David'ssector experience includes industrial & capital markets, food, automotive, aerospace, and support services.
