Rashpal V. has held various HR roles throughout their work experience. They started in 2000 as an HR & Training Co-ordinator at London Hilton On Park Lane. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at SunGard - now part of FIS from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they became an HR Director at Moore Stephens UK from 2006 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of HR Generalists at BDO UK LLP.
