Zsolt S. has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zsolt is currently the Head of People Advisory Solutions at BDO UK LLP since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Non Executive Director for technology startup and scale-up firms starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, specializing in Technology and Professional Services clients. Before that, they worked independently as a Senior Organizational Consultant and Executive Advisor on digital transformation from 2016 to 2019. Zsolt was also a Non Executive Director for Maven7, where they focused on global growth and linking network science to digital organizational transformation practices from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Zsolt held leadership roles at PwC, including Partner on Secondment / UK Director in Financial Sector HR services and Human Resource Consulting Central Eastern European (CEE) Lead. Zsolt was also an Executive and later Non-Executive Board Director at DEVELOR, a Training & Development business. Additionally, they served in various roles at Hewitt Associates, including Emerging Market Lead and Budapest, CEE leader. Zsolt has demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, leading digital transformations, developing talent and leadership programs, and overseeing strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Zsolt S. holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from INSEAD, which was obtained in 2006. Zsolt also completed a postgraduate fellowship in Political Science and Government at Heriot-Watt University from 1991 to 1992. Zsolt S. earned a BSc in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest from 1986 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained a Matriculation / A level degree in Advanced Maths from berzsenyi daniel gimnazium from 1980 to 1984.
