Ian Warborn-Jones has a diverse background in the wine and spirits industry, with experience ranging from sales and account management to distilling and judging. Currently, Ian is the Director, Owner, and Distiller at Outlier Distilling Company Ltd, where Ian focuses on creating spirits from scratch. Additionally, Ian has served as a Head Distiller at Seven Kingdom Distillery and as a Key Account Manager at Portal Wines and Spirits. With a strong foundation in the industry, Ian's experience also includes roles as a Cellar Hand at Denbies Wine Estate and Valle Pradinhos. Ian has a solid educational background from Plumpton College and St John's Leatherhead.
