Alexandra Mendoza is a skilled professional with extensive experience in workforce development and program coordination. Currently serving as the Workforce Industry Liaison at IWSI America since June 2022, Alexandra oversees the Ready Willing ABLE Apprenticeship program, focusing on connecting individuals with disabilities to employment opportunities through apprenticeship initiatives. Previously, as a Business Engagement Specialist with SELACO WDB from March 2021 to May 2022, Alexandra coordinated several workforce programs including Home 2 Employment and Learn to Earn. Alexandra also held the role of Activity Director at Healthbridge Children's Hospital-Orange, where responsibilities included implementing activities for children with traumatic brain injuries, and at Genesis, overseeing engaging programs for 160 residents. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
