John R Grizz Deal

John R Grizz Deal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in clean water and energy innovations. Currently serving as Vice President of the New Mexico Desalination Association since February 2022, Deal is also the Executive Chairman and CEO of IX Power Clean Water, Inc., a position held since September 2011. Previous roles include teaching product development as a Product Sensei at LaunchGurus and as Adjunct Faculty at Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, where Deal focused on innovation in product marketing and capital acquisition. Deal has co-founded and led several companies, including Hyperion Power Generation and CIVA, and has contributed to commercialization efforts at national laboratories as a Visiting Entrepreneur at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Deal holds a Master's degree in Geography from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, signifying a solid educational foundation in systems and economics.
