Julian Kwan

Julian Kwan has extensive work experience in the financial and technology sectors. Julian is the CEO and Co-founder of InvestaX, a company that provides a Tokenization Service-as-a-Software (SaaS) platform for security tokens. Julian has also founded IX Swap, a Security Token Exchange platform. In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Julian has held various roles including being a Host for the Infinity and Beyond Podcast, a Founder of 2H Capital, a Mentor at JLL and LendLease 1st Proptech Accelerator, an Advisor for a Family Office, and an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD. Julian is also a member of several industry associations, including ACCESS Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association and FinTech Association Singapore. Julian has also served as a Director at ETP. Overall, they have a diverse background with expertise in tokenization, finance, and technology.

Julian Kwan has a diverse education history. Julian began their studies at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, where they pursued a degree in Real Estate Development from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, Julian attended the Beijing Language and Culture University for a short period to gain proficiency in Mandarin. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they pursued a degree in Finance at U21 Global Singapore.

In addition to their academic achievements, Julian has obtained several certifications. Julian became a co-founder of "Blockchain & Digital Securities - The Future of Capital Markets" through IBFSG - The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore in January 2021. Julian also obtained a certification in Digital SPAC from InvestaX in January 2021. In May 2020, Julian acquired a certification in Digital ESOP (DESOP) from InvestaX. Furthermore, they obtained a Capital Markets License Securities certification from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in October 2017.
