Alina Shmakova began their career in 2013 as a Receptionist at Servier. Alina then moved on to become an Assistant to GM and Assistant to HR & Performance at the same company. In 2021, they joined IXcellerate. Data Centers in Russia as an Administration Manager.

Alina Shmakova attended Moscow State Regional Institute of Social Studies and Humanities (Kolomna State Pedagogical Institute) from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Linguistics.
