Jens Dillmann

Jens Dillmann has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and management. Jens started their career at Agilent Technologies as an Application Engineer in 2001, where they worked until 2005. Jens then joined Ixia Communications in 2005 as a pre-sales focused System Engineer and was promoted several times to a principal role. Jens also took on regional responsibilities and territory changes in EMEA. In 2015, they became a Manager of Systems Engineering at Ixia Communications.

In 2016, Jens Dillmann moved to Ixia Security Test Solutions and Network Visibility Solutions as the Manager of Systems Engineering Pan EMEA. Jens was responsible for the technical and personal skill development of about 30 System Engineers Pan-EMEA wide. Jens also implemented new processes such as partner development and SECT participation.

In 2018, Jens Dillmann joined Keysight Technologies as the Director of Systems Engineering EMEA Network, Application, and Security. In this role, they had 25 direct reports in 2 teams and was responsible for EMEA wide strategy implementations, SE/SA enablement, hiring, training, education, leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Jens also led initiatives to increase sales pipeline and collaborated with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators.

Jens Dillmann attended Fachhochschule Darmstadt from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a Dipl. Ing. degree. No specific field of study was mentioned.
