Elin Gangani

Vice President Strategic Project Delivery at IXICO

Elin Gangani has extensive work experience in the clinical research field. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at IXICO as the Vice President Strategic Project Delivery, leading project teams to accelerate the company's objectives. Prior to this role, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Vice President Clinical Operations, overseeing the delivery of commercial contracts and ensuring operational excellence. Before joining IXICO, Elin worked at Queen Mary University of London as a (Senior) Clinical Trials Manager from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they were a Data Manager at University College London from 2014 to 2015 and also worked as a PhD candidate and research assistant from 2010 to 2014.

Elin Gangani completed their education in a chronological order, beginning with their A levels at Alcester Grammar School from 1999 to 2006. During this time, they studied Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Design Technology.

Elin then pursued their bachelor's degree and attended the University of York from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology.

Following their undergraduate studies, Elin enrolled at UCL from 2009 to 2010 for a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Clinical Neuroscience.

Their academic journey continued at UCL, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuroimaging in Huntington's Disease from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Elin obtained several certifications. These include "Creating Great First Impressions", "Influencing Others", "Interpersonal Communication", "Business Analysis Foundations", "Operational Excellence Foundations", "SAS® 9.4 Cert Prep: Part 01 SAS Programming Essentials", and "Six Sigma: Green Belt." These certifications were obtained periodically between 2019 and 2021 from the LinkedIn platform.
