Kate Rogers

Kate is qualified as a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Oxford University. Kate is currently leading the transformation of Glaxo SmithKline’s global finance organization, having previously worked as CFO for Laboratoire Glaxo SmithKline SaS (GSK France) and prior held other senior finance roles during a 20-year career with GSK. Kate chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
