Yaara Segal is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading creative teams and designing user-centric digital experiences. Currently serving as Design Lead at IXL Learning since August 2015, Yaara oversees the visual direction across various platforms while mentoring a team of five UI designers. Previously, Yaara held the role of Senior UI Designer at IXL Learning, focusing on high fidelity mock-ups and style guides. Prior to this, Yaara worked as an Independent Design Consultant and Freelance UI & Visual Designer from March 2011 to August 2015, crafting branded digital experiences. Yaara's experience also includes serving as UI Designer & Studio Manager at TheMarker, where responsibility included managing a design team and overseeing graphic and web design projects. Early career experience as a Flash designer at Euro RSCG Tel Aviv involved creating interactive banners. Yaara holds a degree from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
